~Upon booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the session is
required and due within 24 hours of booking to secure session.
~Deposit goes towards the final balance.
~If deposit is not paid within 24 hours, session will not be held
and is subject to be scheduled for another client.
~If a session deposit is not made within given timeframe and the same client wishes to schedule another
booking, the deposit will be due at time of booking and
the 24 hours timeframe for deposit will not apply.
~After deposit is made, the client and the photographer may each
have one reschedule due to personal reasons. Weather does not
count towards a reschedule.
~In the event the photographer cancels the session the deposit will be
fully refunded via the method of payment used for the deposit within 24 hours.
~In the event the client cancels the session, the deposit will be forfeited, and
another deposit must be given to secure a new session.

When sales or promotions are offered, sale pricing is only valid for specified days/dates/times.
~ If a session is booked for a sale or promotion period and client reschedules to a time outside of that promo window, full session cost will apply.
~ Any deposits made will transfer to new date and balance of standard session rate will be due at the time of the session.
~ Complete booking policy will still apply regarding reschedules or cancellations.

Clients can pay deposits and final balances via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal.
I will only accept cash for final balance payments.
I do not accept personal checks.

Turnaround time depends on the type of session booked ranging from 1 week to 5 weeks

Yes! Any image requests beyond the allotted quantity for your session is $10

No. All sessions come with digital delivery and print release, however I offer a wide range of varied prints, packages and items.

I am willing to travel if booked however, there will be a mileage fee for locations over 30 miles from West Jefferson, OH. That fee is $1.00 per mile. If the location is over 60 miles away, this fee will increase to $2.00 per mile. Anything requiring out of state travel; arrangements for travel and lodging would be at clients expense.

There are numerous locations that will rent space for photography. I have a list of free locations to choose from so if a client wishes to shoot at a rental location, renting and payment will be the responsibility of the client. My session fees only include what is listed on the investment page.
